For each of our CrossFit classes, we have an equally challenging Bootcamp class! If you feel at all uncomfortable working with a barbell, or feel some time spent in a Bootcamp setting can better prepare for CrossFit workouts in the future, join each class for a barbell free, fat burning, muscle building workout.


Each class is overseen by a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer (or higher) who will make sure you feel confident and prepared going into your workout. Our Bootcamp members are every bit as important to the Sandy Lake CrossFit community, so feel free to join us any time for a good workout!
