Our Olympic Weightlifting classes meet every Tuesday and Thursday at 6:30pm and on Saturdays at 10:30am. Each class lasts for 1 hour and is led by a USAW trained instructor.
Olympic Lifting focuses on the 3 Olympic Movements; Snatch, Clean, and Jerk. Meeting 3 times a week, this is an opportunity to have the expert eyes of Coach Scott evaluate and develop your mechanics and strength in these movements.
