At Sandy Lake CrossFit, we offer a strength and conditioning program built around functional, every day movements performed at a high intensity. These movements are constantly varied, meaning you’ll never do the same workout two days in a row, and will stimulate your body to burn fat and build muscle unlike any other fitness program out there!
Each class is led by a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer (or higher) who is skilled in explaining, demonstrating, and supervising your workout to ensure you get the most out of each session. Our coaches’ most important goal is the safe completion of your workout. Next is making sure you feel welcome and comfortable in the Sandy Lake CrossFit community.
