OLYMPIC WEIGHTLIFTING

Our Olympic Weightlifting classes run in 6 week clinic increments a few times a year. Typically the days and times are Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:30pm and Saturdays at 10:00am. Each class lasts for 1 hour and is led by a USAW trained instructor. NEXT CLINIC REGISTRATION AND START DATES TO BE ANNOUNCED.

Olympic Lifting focuses on the 3 Olympic Movements; Snatch, Clean, and Jerk. Meeting 3 times a week, this is an opportunity to have the expert eyes of Coach evaluate and develop your mechanics and strength in these movements.
