Billing
Memberships are billed every 4 weeks.
Payment
A small 3% processing fee applies to all credit card payments. Good news — you can skip this fee by linking your bank account instead!
Cancellations
If you need to cancel, just send us an email AND complete a quick cancellation form at least one billing cycle before your next payment.
Holds
You may place your membership on hold once per calendar year. Additional time away will require a cancellation, and there is a small rejoin fee if you return later.
