This program lets you use the gym anytime outside of scheduled class times, perfect for days when you can’t make it to your usual class. Whether you want to focus on your own workouts, work on accessory exercises, or spend extra time dialing in specific movements, 24-Hour Access gives you the flexibility to train on your schedule.

With full access to our equipment and a supportive environment, you’ll have everything you need to get the most out of every session. Don't miss out on this opportunity to take your fitness to the next level!

How it Works

With 24-Hour Access, you’ll have private access to the gym and all equipment, giving you the freedom to train on your schedule. Please be mindful of a few important guidelines to keep the space safe and functional for everyone: leave all equipment and facilities how you found them, turn off lights before you leave, keep the door locked during your session, be considerate of others during your gym hours, and make sure you finish at least 15 minutes before the next class starts.


This option is only available as an add-on for members with an Unlimited Plan.

How do I sign up for a no sweat intro?
How long does it take to see results?

Results take time, but if you’re consistent, they will come. If you are a beginner, results will come fairly quickly; even in only 30 days, you may start to see a difference in your strength and overall fitness.

Do I get the chance to meet new friends?

Yes. We like to organize our fitness classes into small groups, as this allows you to meet others. We also host many social events throughout the years with members and their friends and family.

What sets you apart from other gyms?

We are a community of people that share the same fitness journey as you. We are here to build each other up - if you win, we all win. We also have a fully air-conditioned gym.

How often do you recommend coming to workout classes?

If you are a beginner, we recommend starting with 2 to 4 classes a week, with the goal of working up to 5 a week after your first few months. It may take a while for your body to get used to training at that intensity, so listen to your body and know you will need recovery time between training days.
